What a lovely letter.

The daughter of the deceased told me that her mother had had an uninteresting life. I sent her the draft eulogy, and today I received these kind words:

I've just read the draft eulogy and it's absolutely brilliant!  You obviously worked very hard putting it together and it's spot on - nothing needs changing.  The small snippets of information my daughter and I remembered have been put together by you with such skill and empathy it's as if you knew her!  Thank you so very very much Patricia.
